Our HR division is spearheaded by our Lead HR Consultant – Strategy & Advisory, a seasoned expert with almost a decade of experience aligning HR strategies with broader business goals and supporting legal operations. With a robust legal background, holding a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s in International Business and International Law, and a Certification in Human Resources and Talent Management, our expert brings deep expertise in employment law and strategic HR advisory. Specialising in designing efficient workforce structures, tailored HR policies, and performance management systems, she is committed to fostering employee engagement and driving sustainable organisational growth.
Supporting this leadership are our HR Assistants and Clerks, who provide practical, hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions, including compliance, recruitment, and staff management. Together, they ensure seamless operations that adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements. Our Lead HR Consultant collaborates closely with our Head of Legal – Strategy & Advisory to address complex HR matters with legal implications, offering a fully integrated, compliant, and risk-aware approach to workforce management.
Legal Services
Our legal team is led by our Head of Legal - Strategy & Advisory, a licensed attorney with over 20 years of experience in both private practice and public service. Holding a Master’s in Corporate and Commercial Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in Legislative Drafting, our legal expert has extensive experience advising international clients, managing compliance with local and international regulations, acting as agents for parent companies, and facilitating pension scheme creation. She provides comprehensive legal services across corporate governance, commercial transactions, business incorporation, employment law, estate planning, and conveyancing. Our Head of Legal also collaborates closely with our HR team to address sensitive employment matters involving legal complexities.
Supporting this leadership is our Lead Paralegal, who holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and brings over 11 years of experience supporting legal professionals in private practice, government, and international organisations in corporate law, estate planning, conveyancing, and legal research. Our Legal Assistants complete the team, offering solid expertise across key areas and providing dependable support throughout every stage of service delivery. From drafting and reviewing contracts to overseeing property transactions and ensuring legal compliance, our team is committed to meeting your legal needs, whether corporate or personal, with professionalism, care, and precision.
Operational Infrastructure Services
Our operations infrastructure function is led by our Operations Infrastructure Lead, a specialist with seven years of experience in building efficient, scalable systems. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media from the University of Sussex and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Management with Data Analysis, this professional brings strong technical and analytical expertise to developing robust operational frameworks. Their experience includes setting up case management systems, document management systems, IT infrastructure, HR management systems, and supporting website development.
This function works closely with our HR and Legal Departments when clients need integrated support, assisting with HR structures and system setup, as well as business formation and structuring. It also operates independently, offering each service as a targeted, stand-alone solution designed to strengthen organisational performance and support long-term growth.
